1) Same‑day and next‑day delivery in London
For many items, we can offer same‑day or next‑day delivery within London, subject to stock availability and your postcode.

On delivery day, we’ll call to confirm a delivery window.

You’ll typically receive a 2–3 hour time window; please try to be home during that period.

Our dispatch team stays in close contact with drivers and customers throughout the day to ensure a smooth delivery.

All furniture is carefully wrapped and packed for safe transport.
Because delivery volume can be high, exact fixed time slots aren’t guaranteed, but you may choose a preferred delivery date when available.
2) Planning your delivery
We value your time and aim to minimise waiting.

If you cannot accept the delivery at the scheduled time, notify us as soon as possible. We’ll rearrange the delivery at no extra charge.

3) Standard delivery times
Deliveries are typically made between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Factors beyond our control—such as heavy traffic, accidents, or road closures—may cause delays. If delays occur, we’ll let you know promptly and keep you informed.
If your goods are in stock and your postcode qualifies, our goal is to deliver on the same day.
4) Handling charges if there is no lift
If your building has a working lift, handling charges are not applied.
If there is no lift available, the following handling charges may apply, in addition to delivery fees:
Beds

Mattresses

If ordered with a bed, combined handling is £10 per additional floor.
Wardrobes

These are handling charges only and are separate from standard delivery charges.
5) Legal notice on cancellations and refunds
For online purchases, UK consumer law sets out clear rights for distance sales. When a customer tells a seller within 14 days of receiving goods that they wish to cancel, the seller must offer a refund. Customers then have another 14 days to return those goods. Refunds must be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. GOV.UK
